I came across this article and had to share. I recently found out I had a Vit D deficiency, 💊💊and I can tell you it was getting a bit scary...

💅my nails were soft and splitting, my hair 👩‍🦰was falling out and thinning😬 I was experiencing confusion and boughts of depression😢😖, oesteopenia 🦴☠️and just generally felt like crap, zero energy 💩
