How I do an energy clearing in a space

Tidy & Clean throughly, paying attention to disused corners and anything stale or gross - the goal is to make the space beautifully clean and lovely to be

I open the window to let stagnant energy leave, and pick some elements to put in the space. These are intuitively chosen, but I usually use nature elements, sweet gifts from friends or fresh flowers. Think about using a candle for fire, a small dish of water, flowers or crystals for earth, and the open window allows for fresh air. Pick things that bring you joy and intuitively feel good for the space.

Depending on what sort of energy or spirituality you practice, use your intuition to feel into the energy of the space and set an intention for it. Call in a blessing, angels, Saints, or high frequency loving energy. Sometimes the soace will tell you what it needs. For my daughter‘s room it told me to clear away mental energetic clutter from a big year and to begin cultivating her bookshelf for her. I honored everything she’s been through in the past year while clearing and calling in a new beginning.

Cleaning your entire house this way would be intense and take way too long, so I usually do one room once a week in terms of energy clearing.
