🎉 20 YEARS?!? Happy Workiversary, Nikki! 🎉

Nikki joined Vital Choice 20 years ago, while she was still studying to become a dietitian. Two decades (and quite a few letters after her name) later, we’re incredibly fortunate that she’s still part of our team!

Nikki has performed many roles over the years not the least of which was helping to develop the core of our team trainings, many of which we still use today! While her role has changed over the years, one thing hasn’t: she continues to be someone we turn to for her knowledge and expertise on just about anything we throw her way. We truly appreciate everything she’s contributed to Vital Choice over the past 20 years.

And one other thing we’ve learned along the way: don’t challenge Nikki to a dance-off. You will lose. 💃😂

Happy 20th Workiversary, Nikki! Thank you for everything you’ve brought to Vital Choice over the years.

🎉 Today we’re celebrating Keelin’s 1st Workiversary! 🎉

In her first year with Vital Choice, Keelin has become someone we can always count on. She’s dependable, great with our customers, and a valued part of our team.

And, as it turns out, she’s also one of the many drummers on the Vital Choice team! (Apparently that’s becoming a job qualification around here.) 😉

18 Years?! Congratulations, Denise! 🎉

Today we're celebrating Denise's 18th Workiversary at Vital Choice!

Since we declared Dan a VC Teen at 13 years, I guess it's only fair to say Denise is officially a VC Adult! 😄

Denise started behind the scenes on the admin side of things before making the move to the sales floor. Today, she's our Assistant Manager and has become an incredible resource for both our customers and our staff. If there's a question, odds are Denise knows the answer.

She also does a ton behind the scenes that many people never see. If you happen to drive by Vital Choice in late November after we've closed for the day, there's a good chance you'll catch Denise channeling her inner Buddy the Elf as she darts around the store putting up our holiday lights.

Thanks, Denise, for 18 years of hard work, knowledge, and dedication. We appreciate everything you do and are so glad you're part of the Vital Choice family.

Let's all give a big thanks to Kathy for 7 years of helping people get and stay healthy!

We're grateful for Kathy's dedication, knowledge, and the care she shows our customers every day.

Fun fact: of all our team members, Kathy may own the greatest variety of Cleveland sports gear. Whenever one of our teams is in the playoffs, there's a good chance she'll be representing with team apparel.

Either she really loves Cleveland sports...or she's just tired of wearing Vital Choice polos. 😉

Either way, we're glad she's on our team. Thanks for 7 great years, Kathy. Here's to 7 more!

13 Years with Dan 🎉

Today marks our manager Dan’s 13-year work anniversary at Vital Choice… officially making him a “VC Teen.”

So, we thought we'd have a little fun looking back at April 2013, when Dan started:

🎬 Movies around that time: Oblivion, The Croods, and G.I. Joe: Retaliation. We can't confirm whether Dan went to any of these...

🎵 On the radio: Thrift Shop by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis (feat. Wanz)...We can't confirm whether Dan may or may not have been listening to this just before starting his on-boarding.

🏒 But - as a big fan of the Cleveland Monsters, our guess is Dan was probably still thinking about a tough shootout loss a couple nights before by the (then) Lake Erie Monsters.

A lot has changed since then - but Dan showing up, taking care of customers, and being someone we can count on hasn’t.

Appreciate everything you do, Dan. Congrats on 13 years!

🚰 Good News — Our RO Water Is Back Online!
Thanks so much for your patience these past few days. The system is fully up and running again, and everything is producing normally. Because demand is high, it may take a little longer than usual to fill, but if you need water, we’re ready for you!

We truly appreciate everyone hanging in there with us during the repairs.

NEW UPDATE - Our water system is producing water again, just much slower than normal. Because of that, we’ve already run out of filled water for the day.

We expect to be back to full capacity by tomorrow (Saturday) morning. Until then, the RO station is temporarily out of order again.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work through this. 💧
