Taking a moment to enjoy the fruits of our labor…pun intended 😉 harvesting is now in full swing and keeping up with the garden is a daily ‘must do’… we’ll be so thankful to have fresh home grown food this Winter! How does your garden grow?! 🪴 🌀 🌟

It’s been a busy week with reiki sessions and I can feel the shift of seasons upon us.
This week was really cool where a rainbow appeared right after a client left an evening session and the morning fog and stillness was really beautiful before one of the morning sessions. Both were great additions to these very different appointments which included Tibetan sounds bowls and guided meditation. My garden is in full swing and harvesting and canning has begun. Grateful as always…

Such a beautiful morning for today’s Reiki Healing Session with Tibetan sound bowls. Reiki encourages deep relaxation which can activate the body’s natural ability to heal, calming the mind and assisting the central nervous system to bring balance to the body. Grateful as always…

This week has been some of the scariest of days in my life- I had to have a second mammogram and ultrasound to rule out breast cancer and am thankful my results were negative ~ I will need a follow up mammogram in about 6 mos.

Since Wednesday, I immediately began extra self care reiki, went for reiki meditation walks and repeated mantras to remain grounded and to assist with self healing. I am so grateful to have reiki in my life for support.

Special shout out to my p*p Rory for ordering further testing and my manager Jody for being so understanding about rescheduling a few patients yesterday so I could have these tests done.

Yay! My first hummingbird of the season has arrived! One zoomed by me yesterday morning when I was hanging wash on the clothesline but didn’t stay~ I enjoy watching them all season until they leave in the Fall… have yours arrived?! 🐦 💨 🥰

Reflecting from today’s reiki healing session ~ another wonderful opportunity to assist with healing, the client was not feeling 100% today so I accommodated by using a wedge pillow to allow more of an upright position and this was very beneficial. This session included sound healing and crystals for additional support. Grateful as always!
