Started the craziest freehand (designed on placement, using his references)Japanese style leg sleeve on my friend/client Bryan the other day.
I haven't posted/updated prices on the professional page since C-19 shutdown.
The government shutdown put me behind, with people I want to help. When it all started again, I didn't want the rush/catch up impeded by people that didn't understand how precious our time on this planet, with friends and family is. I couldn't weather (financially or emotionally) people commiting to time they didn't intend to use.
All that said, my 4 hour rate (which generally gives you 6-8 hours of tattoo/time/design) is 350 prepaid one session at a time. Or 325 for multiple sessions if you pay 2 in advance to start, and maintain one advance payment through the process.
Currently, 1/3 of my clients are local. 1/3 travel within 2-3 hours. 1/3 travels more than that. That said, even though I haven't promoted the business personally (all new clients in the past five years came mostly from direct/in person client recommendations) as of this posting may 24th, I have about 80 appts. left this year.
Also I'm just as happy to help with small work/any style work/cover ups or redoing poorly done/badly aging work. I know the need is out there and my ultimate goal is to help. I'll note, that I do small work as well, for less than day rate. The prepaid prices above are just the max a client/friend pays per session.
