Kids climbing the walls and furniture? 😜 Our Movement and Play class on Saturday mornings will help burn off that extra energy on the rock wall, in the ball pit, or from a swing! Younger children can explore our movement room while practicing social skills, turn-taking, and cooperative play. This class is for ALL abilities and suggested for ages 3-6. For kids a bit older, we have Minecraft (ages 7-12), Storybook Theater (ages 6-10), and Kung-fu (ages 5-12). All class age ranges are flexible, including teen and adult classes as well.

Friendship Band rocked the pavilion during this years Buddy Walk at Stanley Park. We love dancing and singing and seeing the smiles on every single person there!

Our Special Education Forum for Parents meets every last Wednesday of the month from 8-9 p.m., and this month is meeting tomorrow, September 30.

Parents and caregivers meet, share information, help with problem-solving and share success stories with one-another. Each discussion topic is determined through the group's concerns.

Nancy Farnsworth, Autism Connections' Information & Resource Coordinator and Special Education Consultant will host the event and help give insight into different topics.

The Forum is for parents and caregivers who are guiding a child's IEP. The meetings are not recorded, to respect private conversations.
Any handouts discussed during the meeting will be emailed within a few days to attendees.
