Work related stress coupled with some bad habits made her feel tired all the time, overwhelmed, and off balance. After a weekend introductory Reiki course, everything changed. All that stress and anxiety that Caroline was holding on to finally let go. It felt like breathing fresh air for the first time. Caroline quickly became obsessed with how it all worked, what it was, and how she could get to

this place of balance and relaxation as much as possible. Not long after that first weekend, Caroline decided to pursue her passion. She hasn't turned back since! Reiki is a simple, easy technique to move stress and anxiety out of the body and to let go of negative emotion.

Reiki for the eclipse and the after effects.. so much happens during eclipses, whether they are visible or not. Much of this energy feels like a washing machine when it's in the spin cycle. It is designed to eliminate, to exacerbate, to reveal, to over return on the demands you've made.

In order to free ourselves from these unhealthy patterns, a bright light is shown onto what is not working. It can be painful, it can be obvious to others, but the reveal is often downright hard to process.

You don't have to do it alone. You have support all around you. Feel your way through this and allow the next layers of you to be revealed in the healing.

A big part of my relationship with the stars came when a friend invited me camping with her CE5 group. I had UFO sightings and some pretty bizarre experiences, but when I got around people who were also interested and excited (and normalized) galactic connections, marvelous things started to shine.

Many times our dead loves or spirit family are trying their darndest to let us know they are here and watching out for us.

Try not to be scared by these tactics. Sometimes they have a good sense of humor (while they might not have had in physical life). Try to keep it light (no pun intended), acknowledge them, and let them know it's annoying as heck.

The internet and phone lines are notoriously easy to intersect. It takes more spiritual strength to make things move like books or a door, but the internet? No problemo. It's a road that accepts all /most travelers!

Again, nothing to be scared of here. Our world intersects as a multidimensional pathway. These are big highways of transportation.

The goddess of destruction often has plans for us that don't include sitting down!

I would fully like to share that she gave me the ok to tell this story! Many of my meditations are not done with the intention to share but this felt relevant to help people understand their faith and spiritual practices more deeply and hold them in a new light.

Give it a try! Even dead trees carry information for the land like a library that is still holding its own collection of books.

Many trees have enormous volumes of energy stored up. See what happens when you offer Reiki or connect in some other way on a deep spiritual level.

9 times out of 10 he does come back!

Animal communication does NOT mean they will do your bidding. What it does mean is that you understand animals are sentient beings with a mind and a mission of their own-- and you respect that.

Prince Henri and I have a lot of respect for each other, and he speaks very plainly when I have a question.
