✨ Western Mass• We are hiring for full time FOH✨

Lucky’s Tattoo & Piercing is looking for a new face to join our front-of-house team in Noho! 🖤

This position will primarily focus on being a jewelry specialist, helping clients find their perfect pieces, learn about our jewelry, and feel confident in their choices. Cross-training on our tattoo desk will also be required, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new things, staying organized, and making people feel welcome.

We’re a queer/trans-owned and operated studio that takes pride in creating an inclusive, welcoming space for our clients and our team. We love beautiful jewelry, good people, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels taken care of.

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

If you’re personable, detail-oriented, interested in body jewelry and tattoos, and excited to be part of a creative, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

Tara pours so much love, heart, and soul into everything they do, and has such a beautiful way of bringing light and warmth to the people around them. We feel incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team, not only for the beautiful work she creates, but for the person she is and the energy she brings into the studio every day.

🫛 Just a couple of peas in a pod! 🫛 Coworkers tattooing coworkers has to be one of our fave things. 💚 This time around, Sarah ( sarah rose ) had the pleasure of tattooing Mika ( 🕷️Mika🕷️ ) in our Cambridge studio. ☺️ Swipe for the ultimate stencil peel... Sarah makes it look easy pea-sy!

Sarah’s books are currently open for pre-drawn flash designs as well as custom work, and she’d love to tattoo you! ✨ Lately Sarah has been super enthusiastic about etching style work, American traditional pieces, vintage-inspired or botanical projects, fruits of many kinds, and of course seaweed! 🌊 (So much seaweed. More seaweed please. Sarah is begging to tattoo more seaweed!)

We’re back with another post about Max ( Max! ) and their Mama Peggy, but this time, it’s the piercing edition! ⚔️ Max’s mom got right to business during her Western Mass trip this week… 🛩️ So before their parent-kiddo tattoos in Easthampton, Mama Peggy visited Max in Northampton for a brand new conch piercing! 💕

Max’s mom happens to be a queen, so of course she chose the 14g threaded 👑 “Queen End” 👑 in rose gold with light purple opal by Anatometal ( Anatometal ). Glistening, iridescent, shimmery, fabulous…. 💎 These words don’t even begin to describe how gorgeous this gemstone is!

We can’t lie, these pics of Max ( Max! ) and their sweet Mama Peggy being tattooed by Patrick ( Patrick MacDonald ) earlier this week are making us tear up. 🥲 So wholesome and sweet! It was truly an honor to capture this special family moment. 💕

The story: Max and their mom each got a tattoo honoring the newest member of their family - Meaning that Mama Peggy is a grandma twice over, and Max is an uncle to two nieces! 🥹 (Don’t worry, both of them *also* have tattoos for grandkiddo and niece #1, too!)

Check out these gorgeous rose blossoms 🌹 and freehanded grapes! 🍇 This project was finished a few weeks ago, but we can’t stop thinking about it. 🤩 Made by Caleb ( Caleb Colpitts ), who tattoos in our Cambridge location! ✨

Caleb is always thrilled to tattoo freehand + larger scale botanicals! 🌾 But he also loves designing skulls, bones, or dead things; imagery connected with the occult; crumbling buildings or big old houses; various antique objects; zombie animals or monsters; and of course, projects that take inspiration from renaissance or medieval etchings. 🎨 The list goes on!

Tis’ the season for sick lip piercings! 🎃 We’re super happy with how these paired lower labret piercings came out, done by Kaden ( Kaden Sheehy ) in our Cambridge location. ⚔️ Featuring a couple of laser cut titanium stars from Junipurr ( Junipurr Jewelry ), custom anodized for a mixed white + yellow tone look. 🤍 💛 Then we’ve got some fabulous and spiky angel fangs, also pierced by Kaden but recently downsized by Callie ( Callie Ann Job )! ✨

🌭 Hot dog mama! 🌭 This piece is hands down one of our fave tattoos made by Patrick ( Patrick MacDonald ) over the past few months. 🔥 Like, come on! We also included a few other recent tattoos, including an in-progress project, all made by Patrick in our Easthampton studio. ✨ Plus a little spotlight on his fur babies - Maria, Sophia, and Zero - cause they’re just too cute not to show off. 🐈‍⬛

Patrick’s has always been inspired by fine art, and designing made-to-fit illustrated organics and botanicals is one of his favorite things. 🌹 But really anything involving flora and fauna gets him excited, too! 🌿 Patrick once told us that he aims to create tattoos that would make his grandma happy. 👵
