We combine functional movements with mindfulness & breathing to support you in deepening your awareness & living your yoga. I help people to slow down, breathe and move with intention and mindfulness. I teach alignment-based vinyasa yoga classes, restorative yoga classes, and I offer Reiki as well as Restorative Yoga with Reiki sessions privately all to help people move from stressed out and overwhelmed back to a place of center, ease and balance

Hips & Balance - that's what it's about tonight! Join us online - www.thisisyourbliss.com - as we continue to explore balance, focusing on hip mobility and strength, and seeing how that impacts both our dynamic and static balance.

Here's a little hip mobility and stability warm-up from today's Morning Mindful Movement class. OUr focus was on creating some mobility and strength in the hips, particularly the outer hips as we continue to work on improving our balance.

This could easily float into any vinyasa flow class as a warm-up or even as part of an ending seated flow section.
