Whole Body Healing, Acupuncture and Wellness, is looking for an office receptionist/ administrative assistant to join our team. Applicants must be high-energy, professional, organized, and friendly. The position is for 24-28 hours a week. Our office hours are 9:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday. Hourly pay is $19-$20.00 depending on experience. We are a small office so you will wear many hats while you are here. Daily tasks include checking patients in and out of the office, scheduling patients, returning calls/emails/texts, and collecting patient payments. You will be making some calls to health insurance companies and verifying benefits (we will train). You will also be in charge of creating signs or other informational/promotional things for the office. Applicate must be comfortable talking on the phone and in person with patients. They must know how to use an iPhone, iPad, and PC computer. The right candidate will be able to multitask and still stay focused. Also, someone who is excellent at customer service and sales.
