Honestly, if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or mentally drained, try this first:
Go outside.
That's it.
No podcast.
No phone call.
No multitasking.
Just you and a little fresh air.
It won't solve everything.
But I think we've become so disconnected from nature that we forget how much it helps.
Sometimes a walk, a trail, or a few minutes by the water does more than another hour spent scrolling or trying to think your way through things.
