Join us link below! My roles in life include being a wife, a mom of two teenage girls, two crazy dogs, a cat and a snake, and I've been running a home-based business since 2014. Health-wise, I f

elt my best and had lots of energy in my 20s. But, let me tell you about my life changes in the decade between these times. Well, the number one biggest event was a move from Europe to the United States. Leaving our birthplace can have a huge impact on our health. Soon after my move, at the age of 27, I had my first child and entered into the world of motherhood. While my labor was an intense, harrowing three days, I had been fortunate enough to have an entirely enjoyable pregnancy with no health concerns. Those first years were wonderful and have no complaints about anything medically significant or even my weight. Everything changed with the birth of my second child four years later. Although I'm lucky to say the pregnancy was pleasant, my postpartum body did not react in the same way as the first time. My pregnancy weight stubbornly stayed with me, and I kept getting heavier. This is usually a sign of hormonal imbalance, though I didn't understand it then. This was only the beginning of an unhealthy period for me. In addition to the weight gain, I began to develop several health problems simultaneously. At 32, my gallbladder was removed after upon discovering large stone during an incredibly painful episode. Soon after the surgery, I suffered from liver inflammation, then predictably began having kidney issues, too. On top of all of this, I also struggles terribly with going to the bathroom. At that point, I was only able to have a small bowel movement every ten days or so. It was a celebration, the few times I only had to wait a week in between stools. You can imagine, the repercussions of holding in toxins and other things that a normal, healthy person should be eliminating daily. Looking back, I was taking several prescription medications pre and post surgery, undergoing tests, not eating or hydrating well, and battling my weight. All of this added a lot of stress, so my emotional state was unhealthy, too. Besides gut issues, I later developed asthma-like symptoms, chronic posture related pain, sleep irregularities, and constant fatigue. There were probably more concerns I don’t even remember now, but I bet this sounds familiar to so many of you. This was life in my 30s, until gradually shifted my focus and learned a different approach to whole body health. There are better ways to live and allow our bodies to perform as intended. The human body is an amazing, beautiful organism, and it can heal if you give it the chance. Today I often say to my client, β€œIf you know better, you will do better.” Also, you may hear me constantly repeat that, β€œIf I did it, you can too!” These are such simple words, but they are powerful. Well, my gallbladder is gone and I can’t change that, but my medications are gone, too. I'm back at the weight from my 20s and feeling healthy, energized, excited each new day and happy. For those of you who can't imagine this state of being anymore, I can teach you how to find your path. I can show you how to follow it daily. And, most importantly, I believe you can achieve your health and wellness goals.

Let me ask you something real.

Are you surviving right now or are you truly thriving?

Not thriving like picture-perfect Instagram mornings. I mean thriving in the way you actually feel
when you wake up. In the energy you carry through your day. In how present and alive you feel
in your own life.

Most wellness advice skips this question entirely and jumps straight to meal plans and workout
schedules.

But here is what I have found to be true. Before we can talk about any specific health practice,
we have to pause and ask ourselves honestly: How am I really living?

Because when we reframe health not as a checklist of behaviors but as a beautiful act of spiritual
stewardship, something profound shifts.

Your body is not just a vehicle to manage. It is a temple entrusted to you. And caring for it
becomes less about performance and more about honoring what you have been given.

That shift alone changes everything.

Wherever you are right now, surviving or slowly finding your way toward thriving, I want you to
know there is a path forward.

Come explore it with us in our free community.

Tell me in the comments: In this season of your life, are you surviving or thriving?

Can I be honest with you for a second?

I spent years comparing my body to others. Comparing my energy levels, my progress, my habits.
Wondering why something worked for her but not for me.

And then I learned something that changed everything.

Your body was literally designed to be different. Not broken. Not behind. Different on purpose.

God created you with a specific blueprint. Your hormones, your gut health, your nervous system
response, your energy patterns, all of it is uniquely yours. What nourishes someone else may not
be what nourishes you.

When we stop chasing what works for everyone else and start listening to what our own body
actually needs, that is when real holistic wellness begins.

This week I want to invite you into a different kind of conversation about your health.
One rooted in curiosity, not comparison. In honor, not pressure.

You are not a problem to be solved. You are a masterpiece to be honored.

If this speaks to you, come join our free community where we talk about this every single day.

Drop a heart below if you are ready to stop comparing and start celebrating the body you are in.

Stress fuels inflammation, directly harming your gut-brain axis. Simple mindful activities like meditation, breathwork, or a gentle walk can manage this. Protect your body's serotonin factory by de-stressing. https://viomehq.sjv.io/c/3488161/3835584/13051

What if your daily choices were not just habits β€” but acts of worship?

This is the third pillar of the reset we are building together: reframing the way you see your everyday decisions around food, movement, rest, and self-care.

These are not just chores. They are not just items on a wellness checklist. When we bring intention and purpose to our daily choices β€” when we see them as acts of stewardship over the body and life God gave us β€” they carry a completely different weight.

Romans 12:1 says to offer your body as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. I think about that verse when I choose to sleep instead of scroll. When I choose whole food instead of convenience. When I choose to move my body even when I am tired.

These choices are not just about wellness. They are about worship. They are about integrating physical well-being with deeper purpose.

And when your daily choices become intentional acts of care β€” for yourself, for your body, for your calling β€” the whole relationship changes.

Come live this with us.

Your gut health is directly influencing neurotransmitter production like serotonin and GABA. A healthy microbiome acts like a factory, creating feel-good chemicals that stabilize mood swings, reduce anxiety, and ease emotional sensitivity during PMS. https://viomehq.sjv.io/c/3488161/3835584/13051
