SKIN REJUVENATION:
In the photo above, our nurse practitioner, Anabel, is using the Picofy pico laser - advanced laser used for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, acne scarring, uneven skin tone and texture, and tattoo removal!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A little bit about our new instructor, SiobhĂĄn, who will be teaching the strength and stillness class in our multi-purpose room:

Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Siobhán’s passion for movement began with hula and grew into a lifelong love of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. After overcoming her own postpartum challenges, she transformed her health through movement, inspiring her to become a certified Inferno Hot Pilates, Vinyasa, Yin, and Pilates Mat Sculpt instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Since moving to Chicago in 2020, SiobhĂĄn has become known for her creative sequencing, uplifting energy, and challenging yet accessible classes. She believes movement should leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to yourself.

Off the mat, SiobhĂĄn is a mom of five, an independent consultant with Oliveda Waterless Beauty, and co-founder of Make Me Awesome, an online wellness platform helping busy moms build sustainable fitness habits that fit real life. She is passionate about empowering people to feel their best at any age through movement, nutrition, and skincare.
