Hi, I’m Carly Brohawn! I’m the owner of Komorebi Acupuncture and wanted to introduce myself to anyone landing on my page. I’ve recently relocated to beautiful Colorado and opened Komorebi Acupuncture in Westminster, Colorado. I am licensed in Colorado and am nationally-board certified by the National Certification Board for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM). I graduated from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine and hold a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture.
Prior to studying acupuncture, I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University. I was first introduced to acupuncture as a patient while receiving treatment for chronic pain. After having treatments that greatly improved my quality of life and reduced the pain, it has become my mission to spread hope and healing to others facing health challenges. 💪🏽
I am devoted to assisting my patients on their healing journey. I am a firm believer that acupuncture is a beautiful, ancient medicine that can offer many solutions to our modern day concerns. As an acupuncturist, I believe in each patient’s capacity for self-healing and that the body has an inner knowing of how to achieve balance.
In my first year of practice after graduation, I was fortunate to work in an acupuncture clinic that focused on Women’s Health and fertility and received guidance and mentorship from my colleagues. I continued to work in other acupuncture clinics and I continue to take classes to further my skills and understanding.
While living in Maryland, I co-created a comprehensive fertility acupuncture program and over the years helped families achieve their goal of starting a family. I love supporting women in their fertility journey and is always excited to hear about her client’s success. ❤️
I treat a wide range of conditions, though some of the common conditions I treat are women’s health, fertility, anxiety, pain, allergies, headaches, and digestive issues. Let me know how I can be of service! I hope to see you in the clinic soon! 🌿
