Hello all! My name is Maxwell Taborsky, and I am the owner of My Fitness Guide. My Fitness Guide was created out of frustration with the way the industry of personal training, nutrition, and “fitness influencers” operate with cookie cutter fitness plans, extra up charges, and misinformation.
