Our recipes pair protein and carbohydrates for optimal muscle recovery! It’s generally recommended to get recovery nutrition in 30 - 60 minutes after a workout. A protein smoothie absorbs quicker and assists those gains! Our smoothie bar features whey protein, mass-gainer and plant-based protein.
