ā˜€ļø THE SUMMER SHIFT ā˜€ļø

Two weeks. Unlimited classes.

Whether you need strength, stretch, movement, stress relief, or simply some structure in your summer ramp up, this is for you.

✨ Unlimited classes for just $39
šŸ“… June 19 - July 3

Let’s be honest… summer schedules have a mind of their own.

Before the camps, vacations, cookouts, and last-minute plans take over, feel free to secure your spot now. We know life gets busy, and sometimes the things we want to do for ourselves get pushed aside. Consider this your chance to plan ahead and have something waiting for you when summer starts doing what summer does.

One class per day. Take what you need. We’ll be here when you’re ready. šŸ¤

Different needs. One community. All the movement.

Someone asked recently why our social media has been a little quieter than usual.

Truthfully? We’ve just been busy doing the actual work.

Helping patients. Supporting clients. Teaching classes. Returning emails. Managing referrals. Growing our team. Planning what’s next.

We know social media is important (and you all know it’s my least favorite part), but it’s never more important than the people sitting across from us in therapy, on a massage table, or in a class.

And then there’s the whole new building thing. šŸ‘€šŸ¤

We promise we’re still here. Just spending a lot of our time behind the scenes building, growing, and taking care of the community that got us here in the first place. ✨

Well… the secret is officially out. šŸ¤

Epione Health & Wellness Center is officially the new owner of the old North Easton Savings Bank building on Mansfield Ave.

And yes… we know. Sorry it’s not a Starbucks. ā˜•ļø
But you can thank us because it very easily could have been another liquor store or cannabis business. Instead, we’re pretty proud North Easton chose our form of wellness.

This process started September 16th and officially ended today, May 29th. Basically the length of a pregnancy, which honestly feels fitting because Epione has always been a baby of ours. One we’ve built, stressed over, protected, and poured everything into for years.

There were highs, lows, moments we thought the deal would fall apart, and moments we had to stay quiet while carrying stress most people never saw.

One thing about us: we do not move impulsively. I would (😬) but thankfully my better half keeps me grounded. Every decision throughout this process was intentional because this move matters deeply to us.

Once again, we’ve outgrown our space, which is an incredible problem to have. This next step allows us to continue growing roots right here in Norton and create more room for therapy, movement, wellness, and community.

And don’t worry. We are NOT leaving our current space anytime soon. Construction and renovations need to happen first, and knowing us… we’ll probably turn our current space into another project that takes over our entire lives for a bit too.

With some luck, we’re hoping this new location becomes our way of celebrating 10 years of business in Norton.

To everyone who supported us, talked us through the stressful moments, respected our silence, and kept this secret until we were ready, thank you. Really.

We’re excited. Nervous. Grateful. Exhausted.
And really, really proud of what Epione is, and what it continues to become.

Because there’s a difference between devaluing something and celebrating it.

Our memberships, instructors, and community are the reason this space exists, and we never want the people consistently showing up to feel like loyalty costs more.

We get it. Everyone loves a discount. But when discounts start affecting the people already investing in your space every week, loyalty starts costing more too.

So instead of creating ongoing discounts just to get people in the door, we create promotions that invite you into what already exists here: a community people genuinely invest in, show up for, and value. Because loyalty should feel appreciated, not undercut. šŸ¤

Your first class is always free, memberships (auto renewals & non) exist at fair pricing, class packages are available, and our next 2-week promotion rolls out mid June ā˜€ļø

Whether you join now or later, we’ll be here.

Don’t rush through this part just trying to get to the next one.
Take it all in, seniors. šŸ¤

We are so proud of each and every one of you and grateful you allowed us to be part of your journey along the way.

ā€œHow much more healing do I have to do before I’m normal?ā€

That question hit hard today.

And honestly?
One of the biggest parts of therapy is realizing there was never anything ā€œabnormalā€ about needing support in the first place.

Therapy isn’t about turning people into some perfectly healed version of themselves.
It’s about helping people understand themselves better.
Regulate better.
Communicate better.
Carry less shame.
Set boundaries.
Process experiences.
Feel safer in their own mind and body.

The people sitting in therapy rooms?
They’re teachers, parents, coaches, business owners, students, healthcare workers, parents, athletes, grandparents, partners, friends.

They are the norm.

Most people are carrying something.
Some just hide it better than others.

Healing isn’t becoming ā€œnormal.ā€
It’s becoming more honest, more aware, and more connected to yourself without apologizing for it.

Let’s go off script for a second… but not really, because this is the backdrop of where Epione came from.

First, yes, it’s pronounced eh-pee-AW-nee.
Second, it means Greek goddess of soothing pain.

And third… why that name?

My last name is the first giveaway. But it goes deeper than that.

I was raised in a big, close Greek family. My dad is a first-generation immigrant, and like many families like ours, we were raised together. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins… it truly was a village.

Those years shaped everything.
My grandparents were my rocks. My yiayia still is, 97 and not slowing down.

When everyone eventually moved back, it was hard. But visiting in the summers, those memories, that feeling of being surrounded and supported… that never left.

So when it came time to name this space, I didn’t want something trendy. I wanted something that felt like home.

Epione means soothing pain.
Not just physical, but emotional too.

And not something you do alone.

Because the truth is… this was never meant to be just a studio or a clinic.
It was meant to feel like that village.

A place where people come together.
Where support is normal.
Where healing isn’t something you have to figure out on your own.

So no, I don’t mind explaining how to pronounce it.
I don’t mind repeating what it means.

Because every time I say it, it brings me back to where this all started.

And that’s a pretty meaningful place to build from.

*for those who know my dad, aka Papou, and have seen him around the fields with the boys… enjoy baby George šŸ¤šŸ§æ
