Join us Monday at 8:00AM for our annual Murph workout as we honor the fallen and push ourselves together as a community. ❤️💙
What is Murph?
Traditionally, Murph consists of:
🏃 1 Mile Run
💪 100 Pull-Ups
🔥 200 Push-Ups
🦵 300 Air Squats
🏃 1 Mile Run
This workout was created in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy and has become a Memorial Day tradition across gyms everywhere.
BUT — this workout is for EVERYONE.
✔ All fitness levels are welcome
✔ Beginner-friendly options available
✔ Scaled versions for every movement
✔ You do NOT need to complete the workout “RX” to participate
Whether you’re coming to challenge yourself, move with an amazing community, or simply honor the meaning behind the day — we want you there.
