South Shore Autism Center The South Shore Autism Center is an organization that provides ABA services for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

The South Shore Autism Center was founded in 2016 by Erin McLoughlin, Ph.D., BCBA-D. SSAC provides insurance-funded applied behavior analysis services for children ages birth through adolescence. The mission of SSAC is to use research-validated methods, tailored for each individual client, to help each client achieve maximum participation and integration in his or her life and community. Kelly is one of the dedicated BCBAs helping make a difference every day at SSAC!

🌊 Years at SSAC: 8 years!

🐚How Kelly started at SSAC:
I originally worked in finance, but after having my three children, I shifted to working with kids in different roles. Once I discovered the field of ABA, it felt like the perfect match for my passion for children and my degree in psychology. While running a caregiver-toddler program, I met an SSAC lead BT who told me great things about her job. I then spoke with Michelle about the company's growth, applied for a BT position, and started out at the Norwell Center and with a home case.

🐚A memorable moment Kelly has had from working at SSAC:
I still remember the father of my first home client telling me, 'It might not seem like much, but he used to be afraid of balloons. Now look at him, just running around and happily chasing one.' Working in the home allows me to share many 'firsts' with parents. It keeps things in perspective and reminds me just how meaningful our impact really is.

🐚Fun fact about Kelly:
I have lived on four continents and visited six of the seven! This winter, my goal is to learn a new language so I can use it on my next travel adventure.

September Openings Are Now Available
If your child has an autism diagnosis, now is a great time to begin services that help them build communication, play, social, and everyday life skills—before the busy fall season begins.
South Shore Autism Center is a clinician-owned provider of compassionate ABA therapy that helps children build meaningful skills through play, everyday experiences, and individualized support.

We offer:
- Center-Based ABA (Ages birth – kindergarten)
- In-Home ABA (Ages birth – kindergarten)
- Early Intervention ABA (Ages birth – 3 years)
Families receive guidance every step of the way—from insurance questions to 1:1 coaching to creating a custom treatment plan that's right for their child.

Openings are currently available for September, but space is limited.

Meet Hannah, one of the friendly faces helping keep things running smoothly at SSAC's Quincy Center!
🌊Current Role: Administrative Assistant
🌊 Location: Quincy Center
🌊 Years at SSAC: Over 5 years!

Hannah began her journey at SSAC as a Lead Behavior Therapist and recently transitioned into her Administrative Assistant role. Following the birth of her daughter and changes in her personal life, the move allowed her to achieve a better work-life balance while continuing to grow professionally and take on new responsibilities.

🐚What she loves most about SSAC:
"The clients and seeing the smiles on their faces every day

🐚Would she recommend working at SSAC?
Absolutely! "SSAC is an incredible place to work. Both the clients and staff make it a fun environment to work in!"

🐚Outside of work:
Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and loves going shopping.
