Exercise fuels both the body and the soul—and our Medical Assistant Kasey is proof of that!

Kasey recently completed her first HYROX race alongside her cousin. HYROX is a global fitness competition that combines eight 1-kilometer runs with eight functional workout stations, including sled pushes and pulls, rowing, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls. Originating in Germany, the sport has rapidly gained popularity worldwide for its unique test of endurance, strength, and determination.

Kasey shares, “HYROX pushes me both mentally and physically, gives me goals to work toward, and has helped me become stronger and more confident in my abilities.”

Congratulations, Kasey, on this incredible accomplishment! We’re proud to celebrate your dedication, perseverance, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle. 💪🏃‍♀️🎉

Members of our nursing team, Cyndi and Kristin, were pleased to attend the Putnam High School Career Fair on May 13th. We enjoyed connecting with students who were highly engaged and asked thoughtful questions about ECHO and what it’s like to work in healthcare.

Exciting news! Today, we enrolled and started our first patient on one of our newest clinical trials focused on helping reduce the risk of peripheral neuropathy during chemotherapy through the use of compression gloves and boots.
