It is known as the thousand petaled lotus & has been called the seat, throne or doorway to the Divine.

The Crown Chakra is the culmination of everything we have explored throughout this journey.

As we strengthen our roots, honor ourselves, reclaim our power, open our hearts, speak our truth & trust our inner sight, we become clearer vessels for Divine consciousness to move through us.

The Crown Chakra invites us to loosen our attachment to how we think life should look & open ourselves to something greater.

More healing
More learning
More proving

…and I get it, because I’ve lived that.

But what I keep coming back to again & again is that none of that actually creates a steady foundation.

If anything, it creates more questioning.
More second guessing.
More pressure.

There’s something deeper that has to be built underneath all of it.

Something that actually allows you to feel safe in yourself… in your energy… in what comes through you.
