A little Orange County recap ✨

This weekend was all about learning and stepping outside of my comfort zone. Business training isn’t exactly my strong suit, so I left feeling equal parts excited and overwhelmed, but in the best way.

Sometimes the biggest growth comes from realizing you don’t need to change everything at once, just implementing small shifts that create big impact over time.

Started each day with a workout, of course, and got to experience the AMI training center, which was incredible. Already counting down until I can come back for one of their clinical/anatomy courses 🤍
