Home Gym 🏠

🟢 Treadmill. You can warm up, cool down, finish your cardio, and get your steps in with 1 piece of equipment.
🔴 Rower. Save unless it is your favorite cardio piece.

🟢 Squat rack. It is the backbone of the gym, and a strong rack can last for life.
🔴 Leg extension and curl machine. Better to add later, not overspend early.

🟢 Olympic barbell. One of the most used pieces in a home gym; better bars hold up longer.
🔴 Olympic rings. Simple by design, so the expensive version is usually unnecessary.

🟢 Rubber hex dumbbell set. A well made set lasts for years.
🔴 Jump box. Useful, but not a core piece for most setups.

🟢 Storage shelves. A non-negotiable for space efficiency in a home gym.
🔴 Smart mirror. Expensive, basic wall mounted mirrors will be enough.
