Meet Katie Lepsy, Director of Finance at Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions. Katie joined the AAS team in 2015 and holds a bachelor's degree from the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University. Before AAS, she built her expertise across many aspects of ASC administration, from EMR software integrations to the development of credentialing operations, giving her a rare, well-rounded understanding of how surgery centers actually run. That experience shapes how she works today: with a strong team mindset, a positive attitude, and the kind of steady, thoughtful presence that helps her build lasting relationships with providers, facility administrators, and coworkers alike.
