At AAS, we say we are an employer for everyone, and we mean it. Our team includes new grads building their first chapter, parents protecting their evenings, providers paying off student loans, hospital veterans ready for a calmer pace, and seasoned CRNAs and anesthesiologists scaling back without stepping away from the work they love. Full time, part time, and PRN. Weekday schedules with no call, nights, or weekends. Because there is no one right way to build a career in anesthesia, and we have made room for all of them. Now hiring in Michigan and Indiana.

Q&A Series: How is work-life balance in ambulatory anesthesia? Ambulatory anesthesia often offers predictable schedules and fewer on-call requirements compared to hospital-based roles. At AAS, that means weekday-only schedules, no call, no nights, and no weekends, all while maintaining the highest clinical standards. It is one of the biggest reasons providers move from hospital settings to ambulatory practice, and it is a big part of why our team stays. Have a question about working in ambulatory anesthesia?
