Something I’m really excited about is coming up on May 31st. 🌸
Partners Detroit is hosting Across the Generations — a morning of real conversation about women’s health, designed for mothers, daughters, and sisters to attend together. We’re talking menopause, sexual health, pelvic floor health, and what Jewish values have to say about all of it.
I’ll be speaking alongside a sexual health therapist, a pelvic floor PT, and a Masters candidate in Medical Bioethics and Halacha. It’s a panel I’m genuinely proud to be part of.
Bring your mom. Bring your daughter. Bring your sister. These are the conversations that change things.

Box breathing is great way to help when you are feeling more stressed or anxious. Breathe in for a count of 4, hold it for a count if 4, exhale for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4. Then repeat. What other tools do you like in moments of increased stress? Share in the comments.
