# # πΏ Post 2 β Healing Is Remembering
Many people believe healing is about becoming someone new.
A better version.
A stronger version.
A more spiritual version.
But what if healing is not becoming?
What if healing is remembering?
Remembering who you were before the fear.
Before the disappointment.
Before the criticism.
Before the stories you learned to tell yourself.
Beneath every wound is something untouched.
A part of you that has never been broken.
A part of you that still remembers joy.
Still remembers wonder.
Still remembers connection.
Healing is not adding something that was missing.
Healing is removing what was never truly you.
Layer by layer.
Belief by belief.
Until what remains is what has always been there.
Your spirit already knows the way.
Your body remembers the path.
Your heart remembers home.
The work is not becoming someone else.
The work is remembering yourself.

Sometimes healing is not finding something new.
Sometimes it is reclaiming what has always belonged to you.
