Through the end of November (and possibly longer), I'm offering a few spots for donation-based virtual coaching sessions.

At heart, I don't resonate with the current climate of coaching, or even therapy, which now often feels overshadowed by a capitalist framework.

Of course, practitioners need and deserve to be compensated. But I really want to return to a model of humans helping humans.

If you're interested in taking one of these spots, reach out to set up a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

Then you can schedule one intro session, or a series of 4 on a weekly or biweekly basis. After each session, you pay an amount that feels right to you, and for you.

Some humans are inherently more sensitive—to environments, sensory experiences, emotional states (their own and others’), relationships, and the experience of life in general.
