💧Prep Work Matters: Why Prepping Before Your Colonic Makes All the Difference

💦 Your 7-Day Pre-Colonic Hydration Protocol
For best results, drink 3 to 4 liters of distilled water daily in the week leading up to your session. That’s as close to a gallon as possible (128 oz), and your body will love you for it. A liter is 32 oz of water.
To each 1-liter bottle of distilled water, add:
¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon of Epsom salt (plain white magnesium sulfate)
Sip slowly throughout the day. Spread it out... this is not a chugging contest. Your body absorbs water best when it’s introduced gradually. If you don't have all three on hand do the one that you have at the minimum and try to get the other ones. Aluminum-free baking soda is preferred Bob's Red Mill makes a great one.
