You said you didn’t move enough this week. That’s not the whole story.
Here’s what you left out:
You made a hundred decisions before 9am.
You held the schedule, the emotional temperature of your house, and everyone else’s needs in your head at the same time you were trying to hit your steps.
That takes energy. Up to 70% of what your body has to give goes to your brain alone.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not falling off.
You are running a mental load nobody sees, including the people standing right next to you.
So stop asking what’s wrong with me. Wrong question.
Ask this instead: What load did I actually carry this week?
That exhaustion you can’t explain with your step count isn’t a discipline problem. It never was. It’s your nervous system telling the truth while you’ve been busy blaming yourself for not having more to give.
This is exactly the work inside The Self Sabotage Solution.
We stop treating your body’s signals like personal failures and start reading them like the information they are.
And a new cohort starts in October. Click the link for more details!
