What Is a “Feeder”? A “feeder” is someone who constantly encourages you to eat when you’re trying to stay on track.

This might sound harmless at first:
🚫“One bite won’t hurt.”
🚫“You deserve a cheat day.”
🚫“Come on, live a little.”
🚫“You’ve already lost enough.”
🚫“Let’s celebrate with food.”

While these comments may seem loving or playful, repeated pressure can slowly sabotage consistency and create emotional conflict around food. In some cases, feeders don’t even realize they’re doing it.
