Iโve had it since I was 4, and hereโs how I am improving my blood sugar.

When your blood sugar rises too high (often from processed carbs, sugary snacks, or even stress), your body releases insulin โ a hormone that acts like a โkeyโ to help move sugar out of your blood and into your cells for energy.
The problem?
When blood sugar spikes happen too often or too high, you produce too much insulin and inflammation, which causes your cells to stop responding properly and insulin resistance and type 2.
And over time, it leads to insulin resistance and type 2.

Which is the amount of time within the desired blood sugar range.
What is considered a good time in rage is 70% of the time or higher for a diabetic. .. I think it should be higher.
I usually hover around 80-90% time in range (closer to 90% when Iโm really focusing)โฆ

I used to wake up around 120-130 (my insulin pump helps regulate this)
