We’re in the news!

We’re so excited to see Centre Physical Therapy featured in the Wednesday Journal as we prepare to open our newest clinic in River Forest!

As Centre continues to grow, the things that have always mattered most to us remain the same: individualized, one-on-one care, a collaborative team, and being an active part of the communities we serve.

Stegemann founded Centre Physical Therapy at 207 Harrison St. in Oak Park in 2018, and since has expanded to Riverside and Lincoln Park.

💗 August is National Breastfeeding Month!

Breastfeeding can be a rewarding experience, but it can also place new demands on your body. Physical therapy can help you feel more comfortable and supported during this stage of postpartum recovery.

💗 Neck, shoulder & upper back pain from feeding and holding positions
💗 Posture & positioning to reduce strain during nursing or pumping

We love our partnership with the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce and have had a Centre street banner on Halsted for years! We thought it looked especially pretty on this particular day last week, so we had to share.

The Chamber does so much to support local businesses, connect neighbors, and create events and opportunities that make Lincoln Park such a vibrant community.

We’re grateful to be part of this amazing corner of Chicago and glad that Lincoln Park is home to one of our (soon-to-be) four Centre clinics!

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Molly to the Centre Physical Therapy team! 💙

We're excited to have Molly join our team and know she'll be a wonderful addition to the Centre family.

Molly earned her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from North Central College. She treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and has a special interest in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.

📍 Molly is now seeing patients at our Riverside and Oak Park clinics!

Outside the clinic, Molly enjoys taking Pilates classes, spending time outdoors or on the lake, attending concerts, playing card games, and watching reality TV. She's passionate about continuing her education in pelvic health and plans to become a certified Pilates instructor so she can incorporate Pilates-inspired exercises into her patient care.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, or seeking pelvic floor physical therapy, Molly is here to help you reach your goals.
