New article published: What Time Are We In? A Reflection on Karma, Clarity, and Collective Change

This is the 6th article in my discernment series, and it turns toward a question many of us may be feeling beneath the surface: What kind of time are we living through?

From a Vedic perspective, time is not only measured by dates and events. Time also carries karma, unfolding patterns, and opportunities for greater awareness. In this reflection, I explore how discernment helps us meet collective change with more clarity — not by collapsing into fear or urgency, but by learning to pause, witness, and ask what the moment is revealing.

My New Year's Day tradition. Black eyed peas for luck and collard greens for money. Also has all six tastes to make it a special Ayurvedic meal - peas astringent, collards bitter, carrots sweet, hing and ghee for digestibility. Spices fill in the rest: garam masala, cumin, white black cayenne peppers, ginger. And enough for a rerun!
