These small, intimate circles are an opportunity to pause, slow down, and receive in a calm, supportive space. Participants rest comfortably in zero-gravity chairs while gentle energy practices, breathwork, and calming elements support relaxation, renewal, and energetic balance.

Many participants find the circle format especially meaningful because the shared group setting can foster a deep sense of connection, coherence, and collective calm while still allowing each person to have their own individual experience.

A simple practice for energetic hygiene-something to consider including in your daily routine.

As you shower, bring your awareness to the water.

Imagine it as more than just water—
a gentle, steady stream of light—supporting release and renewal.

As it flows over your body, allow anything heavy—
stress, tension, lingering emotion—
to soften and wash away.

No force. Just allowing.

Let it move down and out,
carried away with ease.

Bring your attention to your heart
and take a slow breath.

Notice how your body feels.
Even a subtle shift is enough.

End with a quiet moment of gratitude—
for the water, for your body,

Grateful for this morning’s circle.
Each person there has been part of my journey in different ways, which made it especially meaningful—held in this lovely where my own path into this work on a more professional level began. A full-circle moment.

A space to slow down, reconnect, and receive.

My heart is full and I feel grateful.

Join us for a heart-centered Energy Healing Circle to support relaxation, renewal, and energetic balance.

This hour-long session is offered in a peaceful, supportive group setting rooted in compassion and presence. Participants rest comfortably in zero-gravity chairs while receiving universal life force energy.

Connection with this energy allows the body to settle into deep relaxation, supporting natural restoration and renewal of mind, body, and spirit. Gentle, light-touch support is provided throughout, creating a safe and nurturing space for receiving.

Seated in a circle, participants are supported by a shared and unified energetic field. This configuration promotes connection, balance, and a steady flow of energy, enhancing the overall experience.

The circle is facilitated by Karen Rafa Donovan, RN, BSN, Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Certified HeartMath® Coach, alongside Carol Ann, Usui Reiki Master Teacher and intuitive practitioner and medium. Together, they bring a grounded, heart-centered approach while holding a compassionate and supportive space for healing — and, when desired, continued learning.

Hi Friends! Wishing you a beautiful start to your week! I’m grateful to be on this journey of sharing, growing, and connecting. Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to be surrounded by supportive individuals who uplift and grow with me—it’s a symbiotic relationship.
