Empower Fit was created back in 2016, when I became a Certified Fitness Trainer, as well as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I've always loved the feeling of helping people reach goals that they set for themselves, giving them someone to cheer them on and be in their corner for them. While the aforementioned are still a part of my life, something was missing, a deeper connection with the
mind, body & soul. The body cannot function effectively when the mind and soul are not properly being nourished as well. I decided to explore all of the many amazing aspects of Yoga, the breath work, energy, movement, and the overall feeling of peace & calm that it brings. I am excited to now be adding Yoga into the mix. Yoga is something that can truly be such a life changing practice, from stress relief, anxiety relief, calming the mind, added flexibility, confidence, an overall sense of feeling balanced, just to a name a few! I can proudly say I am now a 200 hour RYT, Registered Yoga Teacher, and I'm elated to start sharing all of these amazing benefits of Yoga with you!
