We didn’t start FTBS Healthcare Organization because the system was perfect.
We started it because we kept seeing the same problem—
doctors and clinical teams spending more time on paperwork than on patients.
The people who are meant to heal are often overwhelmed by admin work.
And somewhere in that process, patient care loses the attention it truly deserves.
So we came together as a small team, led by Mr. Jackson Alex, with a simple goal:
to support healthcare providers by taking some of that weight off their shoulders.
Less time on admin.
More time for care, connection, and healing.
We’re still growing, still learning—but always focused on helping those who care for others.
