Amanda offers a grounded space for women to reconnect with who they are beneath the noise through intuitive guidance, nervous system support, energy work, and honest conversation. She supports women through seasons of overwhelm, transition, burnout, motherhood, grief, awakening, and identity shifts. Support may include building self-trust, boundaries, nervous system regulation, reconnecting with intuition, and strengthening inner voice, needs, and personal authority. Mentorship is offered through 3-month and 6-month containers, as well as individual sessions designed for grounding, remembrance, and reconnection.
