NRE stands for New Relationship Energy. It’s the emotional and physical buzz that often comes when you’re falling for someone new. Your brain is literally bathing in feel-good chemicals like dopamine, oxytocin, and adrenaline. I've been dancing in NRE for the past couple of months and it's heavenly!

After a year of unexpected twists, deep healing, and many lessons… I have some beautiful news to share:

💗 I am cancer free! 💗

This journey reminded me of something I have taught for years — that our bodies, hearts, and spirits deserve our love and attention. When we keep putting ourselves last, life has a way of bringing us to our knees to slow down and listen.

Last Friday, I celebrated the completion of my radiation journey with an unforgettable evening of chanting with Madhava Das, a world-renowned chant master who visits the SF Bay Area only once a year. I share a free video from this heart-opening celebration with a link below✨
