🌿ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:

Domie Monet: A certified sound healer and spiritual practitioner, Domie Monet empowers individuals to heal their mind, body, and spirit. Her transformative journey began after overcoming Graves’ disease through holistic healing and energy work. As the founder of Anointed, she offers one-on-one sessions, spiritual advising, and sacred tools to help others reclaim their wellness and embrace their healing journey.

Nuffy is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner that hails from the Chinese-Jamaican diaspora, and they are grateful to call Ohlone land home. It is their joy to share this ancestral medicine and help people connect to the healing resources within themselves. Nuffy deeply resonates with how acupuncture and herbal medicine connect us to the wisdom of nature and our own bodies in order to treat imbalances causing us pain, dysregulation and illness. They are especially excited about the history and future of East Asian Medicine as accessible community empowering care.

Doctorbird Acupuncture is Nuffy’s private practice in Berkeley. They also organize community pop-up clinics with QiKi Club and treat Kaiser chronic pain patients at Bitter Melon Acupuncture. [email protected]

Hapè, Song Circle & Integration Gathering ✨🌿
Beloved community, you are warmly invited to a sacred evening of sound, song, and spiritual practice!

Open your heart and deepen your remembrance in this all-levels evening guided by the wisdom of Dany Verdad (Traditional Musician & Medicine Carrier) and Dayana Mendoza (Visionary Guide behind Spirit Routes).

Together, we’ll weave Hapé medicine, gentle movement, chanting, and medicine songs into a heart-centered integration circle, closing with community sharing and connection.

🌿 What is Hapé?
Hapé (pronounced ha-peh) is a sacred Amazonian plant medicine, a finely ground blend of to***co and other medicinal herbs. It’s a bridge to Spirit, traditionally used for grounding, cleansing, clarity, and remembrance. We sit with Hapé with reverence, breathing together with Pachamama and all of Creation.

Beginners are welcome!

As Marie Nicole says: “Truth is—when I’m 82, I’d rather be able to pick up a bag of groceries than be able to do pigeon pose.” 🧺✨

Join Marie Nicole every Monday for a different kind of workout. This class blends the alignment and breath of Yoga with resistance bands and light weights for a mindful, full-body experience.
