We feature affordable classes and do-it-yourself supplies for canning, fermenting, cheese-making, brewing and herbal medicine. We provide a community-oriented space to learn, share and shop for healthful products to enrich your pantry. We aspire to create a community resource for preserving culture, tradition and

HOW IT WORKS:
* Bring your knives wrapped in a kitchen towel.
* Drop off your wrapped knives at Preserved by 6pm on 5/28
* Pick up and pay your tab after 4:30pm on 5/29โ€จ
*Note: Knives can be dropped off / picked up anytime during our retail business hours as long as you meet the 6pm drop-off deadline on the last Thursday of the month.
