Hello everyone, and welcome to our fitness page. Here you can find: fit tips, meal options, exercises, video demonstration, articles on health and more. I am a personal trainer and my goal is to make the world a healthier place. The owners story: I used to be 268 pounds at a size 18 and I have successfully been able to mold my body into a great physique that I achieved in a healthy way by natural

diet and exercise. I am now rocking my size 5-6 weighing in at 135. I know as difficult as it was for me, If I can do it you can too! The goal to this page is to welcome people from all walks of life, and to teach them how to incorporate a healthy diet and exercise into their lifestyle. There is no perfect size, and i don't preach skinny. I want everyone to be comfortable in their own skin while being as healthy as they can be. If you or someone you know is looking for a place where you can learn about your body and health or just want a supportive community please like this page, and feel free to share this page as well. Join us on today June 4 for an afternoon of fitness, music, recovery, and community as we celebrate the end of the school year and kick off summer the PinPoint way!
Every year, PinPoint partners with student interns from Latitude High School, giving them hands-on experience in fitness, wellness, marketing, and leadership. You may have already seen them around the studio these past few weeks and now they’re helping bring FitFest to life.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Fitness games + team challenges
• Wellness + recovery stations
• Music + community activities
• Healthy snacks + local vendors
• Giveaways, prizes, and more

This event is open to members, families, students, and the extended PinPoint community. Whether you want to train, hang out, compete, or just enjoy the atmosphere, we’d love to have you there.

If you haven’t had the chance to experience our outdoor gym yet, FitFest is the perfect opportunity. We’re excited to continue bringing more events into this space this summer, so stay tuned for upcoming classes, workshops, community events, and more.

What an AMAZING day we had at for our pop-up. Their therapist are nothing short of amazing and a huge shout out to from for our awesome bagel bar and .egel our photographer for capturing some great moments of our members going the extra mile to take care of themselves! I have to give a huge shout out to Precision HVAC Heating & Air Conditioning!!! Since we have opened our new facility we have had so many little things pop up opening a new business from pipes bursting to hvac going out and they have diligently been there every step of the way making it 10 times easier to deal with inevitable stressful situations! Hey hey y’all! So excited to roll out a new service with our exspansion to our new location of facility now at 5044 Woodminster Lane!

PinPoint is now offering Open Gym! Want access to a clean organized gym that still feels Intimate has private parking and trainers available to help you achieve your goals?!? 💪🏽

Join us Monday, Wednesday & Friday’s from 5:00pm-8:00pm. No requirement to have to work with a trainer, but there will be staff to assist you with form if you need it. We will also have a functional movement specialist on-site to help with therapies such as sauna, compression, massage and more.
