The way we drink is changing. In 2025, just 54% of U.S. adults reported drinking alcohol — the lowest level recorded in nearly 90 years. Among 18–34-year-olds, that number is even lower: 50%.

That’s a lot of people showing up to festivals, concerts, and events who still want something special in their glass — just without the alcohol.

Naturally, we had to order their Temperance Spritz — a beautifully balanced non-alcoholic cocktail featuring our Blood Orange Aperitif and Mionetto Prosecco USA sparkling wine.
