Ever wondered if there's any data or research behind the Quantum Leap Technique?

There is!

Mark Scherer, PhD had a study published in the European Scientific Journal (peer-reviewed, July 2025), and it's worth a read.

Here's the gist: Mark surveyed 41 people who'd done this work and asked them a pretty simple question: when you changed the way you talked about yourself, did anything actually change in your body?

Their answers are in the paper, in their own words. Go see what they said.
