If you should need to rearrange you may do so once on the same deposit by giving us no less than 72 hours notice. Should you need to rearrange again a non refundable deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be payable to secure the new booking. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 72 hours notice or "no "show". Cancellations under 72 hours are non refundable. The only time we will consider to waive the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency (official prove will be required) or upon our discretion.
