With classic tunes playing, dancing, laughter, and plenty of smiles, we had a blast celebrating the music and memories of days gone by.

Our residents had a blast with a friendly Balloon Toss—keeping the balloons in the air while sharing plenty of laughs and smiles along the way! 💛

🏆 And we have a 2026 Culinary Champion! 🏆

After three highly competitive rounds showcasing some of the most talented culinary professionals across Aviata Health Group, in partnership with Healthcare Services Group, Inc., the competition came down to three outstanding finalists:

👨‍🍳 Tracy Collins – Aviata at San Jose, Round 1 Winner
👨‍🍳 William Batsford – Aviata at Palm Bay, Round 2 Winner
👨‍🍳 Austin Lombardi – Aviata at Arbor Springs, Round 3 Winner

Each brought incredible talent, creativity, and passion to the finale—but only one could take home the title!

We are incredibly proud of William and all three finalists for representing their centers with such talent and enthusiasm. Aviata Health Group is incredibly proud to share a sneak peek of People Worth Caring About, an upcoming national docuseries created in partnership with Florida Health Care Association.

We are especially proud that Aviata at Emerald Shores was selected as one of only eight skilled nursing centers across Florida invited to participate in this meaningful project.

Filming took place this past April, capturing the people, relationships, and moments that make long-term care so special. The series is expected to begin airing in late fall/early winter, and we cannot wait for audiences to see the heart behind the care provided every day at Emerald Shores.

This opportunity is a wonderful reflection of the compassion and dedication of our team members and the incredible residents who make our community what it is.
