There are two kinds of red light integrations we do at Hydra. The first lives inside your sauna, the second stands alone.

When integrated directly into your sauna, you get heat therapy and photobiomodulation in one session. The infrared wavelengths pe*****te deeper, while the red light works at the cellular level. Done in one 20 minute session.

Standalone panels require no heat, no prep, and no commitment. Pure red and near infrared exposure on your own time, in accordance with your own schedule. Ideal if you want daily sessions without committing to a more involved protocol.
