Hello, October! 🎃🍂 I know I say this EVERY month but how is it October already?!!

A new month means a new lineup at Soul Center and there are lots of ways to move, breathe, recharge, and take a little time for yourself this month. ❤️

You'll find SHiNE Dance, SHiNE UPLIFT, SAIL Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Aromatherapy Yoga on the October calendar.

And remember, Soul Center is more than what's happening on the class schedule. We also offer skincare and esthetics, massage therapies, the vibroacoustic therapy bed, infrared sauna/color therapy, spa packages, and more.
