Over the past few months I have had the honor of working with a client with scoliosis. Not only does this client have a curve left to right, but they also have a twist in the spine. The human body is incredible! The connections of the spine to other areas of the body, like the jaw and the feet or really fascinating to me. Keeping pain and stiffness to a minimum is a goal as well as ensuring that breathing isn’t hindered. If you know someone with scoliosis give them a big hug today and ask about their journey - you will hear amazing bravery and resiliency. I honor those on this journey…I see you. ❤️
