📌 Office Closure Notice — Medical Practice

Our office will be closed and unavailable August 21–30.

During this period, staff will not be in the building and will not be monitoring messages or calls on Facebook or any other social media platforms.

We will reopen and resume normal business hours on Monday, August 31st at 8:30 AM.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please proceed to the nearest emergency room for immediate medical attention.

For any non‑urgent questions or needs, our team will be happy to assist you once we reopen on August 31st at 8:30 AM.

If you need to be seen for medical or sick visits, our Logan office will be open:

• Monday Hours — 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Wednesday Hours — 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Tuesday Hours — 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Thursday Hours — 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

PATIENTS SCHEDULED FOR Tuesday 6/23/26
If you have an appointment scheduled after 12pm please contact the office in the am as soon as possible. (304) 682-3015. We also will be calling patients to come in early. The air conditioner is not working in the office making it difficult operate in the afternoon due to extreme temperatures. Therefore, we are trying to reschedule patients to get them in as early as possible. We are trying to resolve the problem as quickly as we can. Thank you for your cooperation and for being our patient.

Our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. In the event of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest Emergency Room. We will resume normal operations at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. As per HIPAA regulations, messages received via social media will not be responded to.
