We will be gathering together for a collective opening of our Third Eye centers with the help of sacred Egyptian Blue Lotus Flower Tea. Enjoy vegan snacks such as fresh, sweet fruits, crisp vegetables, and decadent dark chocolate while we sip our tea and learn more about tapping into our intuition using somatic practices. We will dive into the history of crystal pendulums, how pendulums can help find clarity, and how to use them in your decision-making process. Crystal Pendulums, as referred to here, are not used for religious practices, witchcraft, or to summon evil spiritual entities. We will clear the air on the many myths associated with them and bring it into a real-life perspective for you. Marina and Sara will lovingly guide us through a deeply meditative experience of sound vibrations combined with the power of yoga nidra and reiki, allowing you an ultimate opportunity for deep inner clarity. Journaling time is provided, and then we gather outside underneath the full moon to burn whatever we need to let go of to move forward with intention and clarity.
Egyptian Blue Lotus Flower is traditionally known to be a gateway to the divine. For centuries, Blue Lotus has been respected as an ancestral flower known to induce deep meditative energy, enhance third eye function, and assist with lucid dreaming. The effects of Blue Lotus Flower, or Blue Waterlily, can be euphoric while helping to decompress the nervous system and relax the body and mind. There is no caffeine in this tea, and the tea is NON-hallucinogenic. The taste is somewhat similar to chamomile tea. Bring your own journal and pen for reflection, and a favorite mug if you have one. Paper will be provided to each participant to write down what you are releasing in order to burn that in the ritual fire outside. 100% biodegradable paper cups are also available for anyone who does not bring a mug. Each participant will get the opportunity to select a gemstone pendulum to take home with them (completely optional, and you are welcome to skip that if preferred).
